Delete Your Account

We are very sad that you have decided to delete your account.

Steps to Delete Your Account

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to the My Account link in the navigation menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Delete My Account section.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to permanently delete your account.
Note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed from our system. You will not be able to login to MotherBox Website and MotherBox App.
If you delete your account:
  • We’ll delete your Name, email address, password, and phone number.
  • You won’t be able to sign into your account.
